Restart!

Have you noticed?

Yup! I have rebranded and given the site an overhaul. Though its not completely where I want it to be, I definitely feel that I am heading in the right direction. Last year right about this time, I decided to launch Red Heels and Lipstick. I was terrified, but I did it and boy am I glad I did! In the past year I have had many ups and downs, but these experiences have helped me to hone into what I love, to recognize my strengths and has helped to reaffirmed my love for all things craft.

With the help of a few friends Madeline Creates was born! Simple right? But it expresses exactly what I do. I am a CREATOR. I love mastering things that are new to me and giving it that Madeline flair.

I have been told many times to niche down to choose one craft, to pursue one passion, but whether its sewing a dress, making some candles or sanding and upcycling an old pieces of furniture, I love to do it ALL!

So I am saying “bump” that to the naysayers…and choosing to march to the beat of my own drum.
